PrestaShop allows you to make bank transfers to purchase the addons you will need while building your e-commerce site.
Which products can be purchased with a bank transfer?
The following products available on the PrestaShop Marketplace:
- Modules without subscriptions
- Themes
- Support offers
- Training sessions
Which currencies are accepted?
The only currency accepted for payment by bank transfer is the euro (EUR / €)
How does payment by bank transfer work?
Once your cart is validated, you will reach the payment step and be able to choose to pay by bank transfer.
As indicated by the instructions displayed, the next steps will be as follows:
- Confirm your payment to display the PrestaShop bank details, and make sure to save them.
- Send your payment to the PrestaShop bank account within 3 days of your order.
- Your order is validated by our teams within a minimum period of two weeks.
- You will receive an email confirming the validation of your order, and your products will be available in your PrestaShop Marketplace account.

What should I do if my order is still not validated after two weeks?
We invite you to wait for the two-week period for your order to be validated. After that, contact your bank to check if the transfer is blocked at their end. If necessary, you can contact our customer service so we can check the status of your order.
How can I get a refund for an order paid by bank transfer?
If your refund request sent to customer service is valid, we will ask you to provide a bank account details (RIB) so we can process the refund by bank transfer. The refund will then be made within one month.
