My code isn’t working, what should I do?
If there is a problem with your code, an error message will indicate the cause. Among the most common errors, your code may:
- not be usable on the contents of your order
- have already been used or be expired
- be linked to a minimum purchase amount
- be attached to another specific customer account with which you must be logged in
