My code does not work, what should I do?
If there is a problem with your code, an error will indicate the cause. Among the most frequent errors, it may be that your code:
- cannot be used on the content of your order;
- has already been used or has expired;
- either linked to a minimum purchase amount;
- either attached to another specific customer account with which you must be connected.
If these items do not seem to be the source of the error, do not hesitate to contact our support teams, with a screenshot of the error message.
