PrestaShop allows you to make transfers to buy the addons you will need during the construction of your e-commerce site.
What products can be purchased with a bank transfer?
The following products available on the PrestaShop Marketplace:
- Modules without subscriptions
- Themes
- Support offers
What currencies are accepted?
The only currency accepted for payment by bank transfer is the Euro (EUR / €)
How does the payment by bank transfer work?
Once your basket is validated, you will reach the payment step and can choose to pay by bank transfer.
As indicated by the instructions that appear, the next steps will be as follows:
- Validate your payment to display the bank details of PrestaShop, remember to save them!
- Send your payment to the PrestaShop bank account within 3 days of your order.
- Your order is validated by our teams within a minimum of two weeks.
- You will receive an email confirming the validation of your order, and your products are available on your PrestaShop Marketplace account.

What should I do if my order is still not validated after two weeks?
We invite you to wait for the two-week delay for your order to be validated. Beyond that, contact your bank to verify that the transfer is not blocked at this level. If necessary, you can contact our customer service so that we can check the status of your order.
How to get a refund for an order paid by bank transfer?
If your refund request sent to customer service is valid, we will ask you to provide a bank account number to make the refund by bank transfer. The refund is then made within one month.
