How to buy a product on PrestaShop Marketplace?
To buy a product (module, theme or service), you must have created a PrestaShop account.
Once on the product sheet of your choice, you can choose express payment to buy this product only, or add it to your cart to continue shopping.
Once your order is paid, you will receive an email containing a link to click on to download your product as a .zip file.
Caution! After downloading your purchase, you will not be able to be refunded because it is a dematerialized product, it will be considered as consumed. (Except in exceptional cases. Consult the Cancel an order on the PrestaShop Marketplace article to learn more.)
Can I use a module or theme on multiple online stores?
No, a product purchased on the Marketplace can only be used for a single store.

What do the prices of modules and themes purchased on the PrestaShop Marketplace include?
When you purchase a module or theme, you pay the displayed price once and acquire the right to use it on a single online store.
The price of one of these products contains:
- The addon that you can install and configure on your store.
- The 'Business Care' subscription for a period of 12 months, in order to benefit from product updates and unlimited technical support from the developer.

Beware, some modules allow you to access paid third-party services (a bank, a delivery service): these are not included in the price of the module and PrestaShop is not responsible for the prices or services offered by these companies.
How long can I keep a product I have purchased?
Forever! The zip you receive with your purchase belongs to you.
Sometimes the module requires a subscription to a third-party service (to a bank or delivery service, for example), but the module itself is yours.
Updates and after-sales service will only be maintained, however, if you continue to subscribe to Business Care, and if the product developer continues to work on it.
How long can I use the product?
Your module or theme remains usable as long as it is compatible with your store.
For example: if you use a compatible module only for the 1.6 version of PrestaShop, and you want to migrate to 1.7, you will have to repurchase a compatible 1.7 module.
Note: Developers who sell products on the PrestaShop Marketplace are required to maintain the compatibility of their addons with the latest version of the PrestaShop software, within 6 months following the release of the version.
