The association between your PrestaShop account and your shop is not irreversible. You may need to unlink the shop from a PrestaShop account, for example, if the shop changes ownership.
| ⚠️ You must unsubscribe the PrestaShop account from any service before unlinking it from the shop if you do not wish to continue benefiting from the subscription. This follows the same principle as when deleting an account; check the details described in this article if in doubt. |
To unlink the shop from the account, go to your back office on the Module Manager page. You can then go either to the configuration page of the Account module or to a module that includes Account (PrestaShop Checkout, for example).
Once on the Account configuration page, click the button View My Associated Shops.
If you are not authenticated, log in with your PrestaShop account.
If you do not have access to the account associated with the shop, contact us via our form. We will verify your identity to unlink the shop.

Once logged in, find the shop you want to unlink in your list of associated shops, then click the Unlink button.
Finally, confirm the unlinking of your shop. You will be automatically redirected to the back office page where you were.
Your shop is now unlinked from the desired PrestaShop account.
