Identification and automatic verification of your store.
Upon the installation of the PrestaShop Account module, a procedure for identification and verification of the authenticity of the store is automatically carried out. This verification is essential for generating secure tokens that enable communication with various services.
When this verification runs normally, you can consult the "Settings" page of the PrestaShop Account module. You will see the status "Verified" as well as identification information such as the name of the store, the domain name, and a unique Cloud Shop ID (which may be requested in case of contact with support).

If we are unable to identify or verify your store, a warning will be displayed with a button allowing you to manually restart the verification process.
- If the procedure is successfully completed, your store will appear as verified, and you will be able to continue your activities and the configuration of the modules related to PrestaShop Account.
- If the procedure fails again, please pay attention to the following points:
- Problem of blacklisted IP address or Cloudflare configuration (request blocked to authorize, from the activity log).
- SSL certificate issue (invalid, self-signed, expired, or missing).
- Multi-store configuration issue (PrestaShop Account module not activated on the relevant store).
