You need to verify your email address to activate your PrestaShop account and use our applications and services.
The confirmation email is sent at the time of creating your PrestaShop account
Look for the confirmation email in your inbox:
- either based on the day you created your PrestaShop account
- or based on the subject of the email, which is "Confirm your email address"
- or based on the sender, which is info@emailing.prestashop.com
Note: you do not need to verify your email address if you created a PrestaShop account with your Google account.
You don't see the confirmation email in your inbox
- Check that it is not in your spam folder
- Add info@emailing.prestashop.com to your email contacts list, then try logging in with your credentials on our login page to resend the confirmation email.
If you still do not receive the confirmation email after several attempts, contact support.
