The association between your PrestaShop account and your store is not irreversible. You may need to disassociate the store from a PrestaShop account, in case the store changes owners, for example.
⚠️ You must unsubscribe the PrestaShop account from any service before disassociating it from the store, if you do not wish to continue to benefit from the subscription. This is the same principle as when deleting an account, check the items described in this article if in doubt. |
To disassociate the store from the account, go to your back office, on the Module Manager page. You can then go either to the configuration page of the Account module or to a module that integrates Account (PrestaShop Checkout, for example).
Once on the Account configuration page, click on the View my associated stores button.
If you are not authenticated, log in with your PrestaShop account.
If you do not have access to the account associated with the store, contact us via our form. We will verify your identity in order to dissociate the store.

Once connected, find the store you wish to disassociate in the list of your associated stores, then click on the Disassociate button.
Finally, confirm the dissociation of your store. You will be automatically redirected to the back office page where you were.
Your store is now disassociated from the desired PrestaShop account.
