Delete your PrestaShop Account

⚠️ Before deleting your account, please keep the following points in mind:

  • The deletion is immediate and irreversible.
  • All data and associated accounts will also be deleted from: the PrestaShop Marketplace, the PrestaShop website, the Care Center, and the PrestaShop Help Center. You may refer to this article to ensure the accounts that will be affected.
  • The deletion of your account does not automatically cancel your Business Care subscriptions; you will need to cancel them before deleting the account.

 

How to delete your account

In order to delete your PrestaShop account and all associated personal information, please visit your PrestaShop account page: https://accounts.distribution.prestashop.net/

 

Go to Settings, then click on Delete Account.

An alert message will appear, notifying you of the consequences of deleting your account.

You will also be requested to share the reason for the deletion of your account.

The next step will allow you to confirm the deletion by entering your password.

A popup will confirm that the account has been successfully deleted.

You will also receive a confirmation by email.

Your PrestaShop store will not be deleted, but you will need to log in by another means.

My PrestaShop Forum account is still active; how can I delete it?

The PrestaShop Forum account is independent of your PrestaShop Account. Therefore, to delete it, as well as all your associated history and personal data, please send your request to privacy@prestashop.com.
