As with its creation, you can access your PrestaShop Account from multiple platforms:
- the PrestaShop Marketplace,
- the back office of your store.
- or directly via this link: https://accounts.distribution.prestashop.net/
Once on your Account page, go to the "Personal Information" tab, then click on "Edit email address."
Then enter your new email address and your current password.
Your primary address will receive an email to ensure that you are the one making the request.
4. And your new address will receive a confirmation request.

⚠️ Always check the sender's email address before clicking on a link or providing your login information. Messages from PrestaShop regarding your account should always come from the address "info@emailing.prestashop.com." If you have the slightest doubt, do not hesitate to contact us via our form. |
The confirmation link is only active for one hour, but you may request to receive it again on your account management page.
Once your new email address is confirmed, you may log in with it. Your password will remain unchanged.
Any modification of the email address on your Account page will result in changes to your access to linked accounts. These accounts are linked and are an integral part of your PrestaShop account, which provides you access to (almost all) of the PrestaShop ecosystem:
- PrestaShop Marketplace - To purchase and download modules and themes to customize and adapt your store.
- Help Center - To find the information you need and request assistance from PrestaShop support.
- PrestaShop Site - To subscribe to one of our offers to launch your store more quickly.
- Back office of your store (with PrestaShop Hosted) - To log in with the same account used in the PrestaShop ecosystem.
- PrestaShop Care Center - Access PrestaShop resources (Training, support, etc.)
