I never received the confirmation email to activate my PrestaShop account

You need to verify your email address to activate your PrestaShop account and use our applications and services.

The confirmation email is sent when you create your PrestaShop account

Look for the confirmation email in your inbox by:

• the day you created your PrestaShop account
• the subject of the email, which is "Confirm your email address"
• or the sender, which is info@emailing.prestashop.com

Note: you do not need to verify your email address if you have created a PrestaShop account with your Google account.

You don't see the confirmation email in your inbox

• Make sure it is not in your spam folder
• Add info@emailing.prestashop.com in your email contact list, then try to log in with your login credentials on our login page to resend the confirmation email.

If you still do not receive the confirmation email after several attempts, please contact us via our contact form.
