You must verify your email address to activate your PrestaShop account and use our applications and services.
The confirmation email is sent at the time of creating your PrestaShop account.
Check your inbox for the confirmation email:
- either in relation to the day you created your PrestaShop account.
- either in relation to the subject of the email, which is "Confirm your email address",
- or in relation to the sender, which is info@emailing.prestashop.com
Note: you do not need to verify your email address if you created a PrestaShop account using your Google account.
You do not see the confirmation email in your inbox
- Check that it is not in your spam folder
- Please add info@emailing.prestashop.com to your email contact list and then try to log in with your credentials on our login page to resend the confirmation email.
If you still do not receive the confirmation email after several attempts, please contact us via our contact form.
